Refund policy

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we're sorry and we'll make it right. Please note:

  • We don't need the physical item returning — instead, we need a photo of the fault, sent via email.
  • Faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Once we've reviewed your photo, we'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

However, please note that our products are made to order (printed on demand) specifically for you. Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). As all our products are custom-printed per order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day return right.

This does not affect your rights in the case of faulty or damaged items — these are always covered regardless of location.

How to contact us about a return or refund: Please email us with your order number and, where applicable, a photo of the fault. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
