Shipping policy

As all our products are printed on demand, please allow 3–5 working days for your UK orders to be dispatched. This is our aim, but due to the nature of on-demand production, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.

We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

UK Orders All UK orders are shipped from our UK-based fulfilment partner and are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

EU Orders — Customs, Duties & Import VAT Orders shipped to EU countries are dispatched from the United Kingdom and may be subject to customs duties and import VAT upon arrival in your country. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer — we are unable to predict or cover these costs.

Please check with your local customs office for guidance on applicable rates before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Please note: We are not currently registered for EU VAT (IOSS). This means import VAT will be collected at the point of delivery by your local postal or courier service.
